From the trailblazer of Zhigang Avenue to the riverside area of Beibin Road and Babin Road,  Chongqing Zhujiang Industrial Co., Ltd. has worked hard for 22 years. The Company has built a strong brand image through professional management and standardized operation, and developed its strengths through continuous focus on high-quality real estate. 

In 1997, with a passion for the western development, Chongqing Zhujiang Industrial Co., Ltd. started to join the efforts in developing the economy of Chongqing. Over the past 22 years, Zhujiang Industrial has adhered to the concept of “develop high-quality residence, build real estate brand” and the operation principle of “serving you wholeheartedly”. With a focus on real estate development, the Company has made contributions to improvement of residence of Chongqing people and the landscape of the city. Several commercial buildings developed by the Company have won praise from Chongqing people and some projects are now exemplary cases in the industry. 

Zhujiang Industrial has always been grateful and remained committed to making contributions to the society as an expression of gratitude. While concentrating on real estate development, the Company has been engaged in public welfare undertakings. In 1998, the Company donated over RMB 5 million for road construction of Chongqing. In 1999, the Company invested over RMB 18 million in construction of sewage disposal system and street lamp lighting system. In 2004, to respond to the call of the Chongqing municipal government, the Company actively took part in assisting the disabled activities and thereby winning the title of “Philanthropic Enterprise in Assisting the Disabled” from Chongqing City Disabled Persons’ Federation. 

In 2006, the Company donated RMB 100,000 to disaster area in Chongqing which had suffered drought. In 2010, the Company donated RMB 10 million for the “Greening the Yangtze River · Chongqing Action” campaign making significant contributions to the greening efforts for the banks of the Yangtze River and the national ecological construction...
While working hard in its headquarters in Chongqing, Zhujiang Industrial will speed up its expansion in cities in the southwest and showcase its strong capabilities with grand endeavor.
