Chongqing Hotpot World Banquet Museum is jointly built by 36 female entrepreneurs of Chongqing. It’s the first multi-trade catering group in China which is operated by female entrepreneurs. It was formally open to the public in February 2015. 

With an investment of RMB 40million, the museum covers an area of 5000 square meters and is capable of accommodating 500 diners. Chongqing Hotpot World Banquet Museum has four floors. The first floor is hotpot history and culture exhibition area, i.e., hotpot museum. The second floor is the self-service area and folk arts performance area. The third floor and the fourth floor are private compartment area.

Chongqing Hotpot World Banquet Museum is a museum built on new concepts. While introducing the evolution of Chongqing hotpot, the museum also showcases the food yard, ingredients, production process and eating methods of hotpot as well as hotpot related theatrical performance and hotpot derivative products. Chongqing Hotpot World Banquet Museum is a “living” museum. Every diner is a component of the museum.
